By using TeeUp you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.
What TeeUp is
TeeUp analyzes videos of your golf swing on your device and offers practice suggestions. It is a training aid, not a substitute for a qualified instructor, and not medical advice. TeeUp's drills are widely taught ones that haven't yet been reviewed by a golf professional. Stop any exercise that causes pain.
Your content
You own the videos you record or import. TeeUp processes them on your device and does not upload them. You are responsible for having the right to film anyone who appears in your videos.
Subscriptions
TeeUp Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID (monthly or annual, prices shown in the app). Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and renewal is charged within 24 hours before that period ends. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Automatic coaching text
Coaching text is generated automatically from your swing measurements — by templates, or on supported iPhones by Apple's on-device model, and for Pro subscribers (once available) by TeeUp's cloud coach. It can be wrong. Use judgment, and consult a professional for anything that matters to your health or your game.
Fair use of the coach service
The coach service has a monthly request allowance per subscriber to keep costs sustainable. Automated or abusive use may be rate-limited or suspended.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features (including the coach service) at any time. We'll do our best to give notice for anything that affects a paid subscription.
Disclaimer and liability
TeeUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to TeeUp is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the three months before the claim.
